Raising awareness and sliding into DMs
J.P. Morgan has a range of cutting-edge technology offerings. In order to truly show the breadth and depth of the tech capabilities at the firm, I felt it was important to allow users to engage and opt-in to the key technology pillars that most interested them.
While working at the firm, I was able to pitch and execute the firm’s first Twitter Chatbot, creating an experience that allowed users to explore the tech topics that piqued their interest at their own pace by chatting with @jpmorgan on Twitter. You might be asking yourself, would people really want to "chat” with J.P. Morgan about technology?

Creating an engaging dialogue
The bot created a user experience where audiences could explore videos, infographics, thought leadership, career opportunities, a quiz, and more - giving them a seemingly infinite number of paths and content to explore.
To create the chatbot I lead and executed:

+ Paid social media promotion
+ Engagement tracking and analytics strategy
THE RESULTS:
In the end the bot was received extremely well by the target audiences resulting in multiple thousands of unique users and tens of thousands of messages received. From this user activity, there was over a minute of average engaged time, which in the age of Twitter, Vine, and TikTok is… well, a lifetime.
